ITO Project Leader - Services Growth

CITY: Billerica STATE: Massachusetts COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
GE Sensing is a market leader in solving the most demanding customer measurement applications through leading edge technology. This role will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of key digitization projects in support of our Global Services Organization.

* Following GE Sensing's Project Management Methodology (PMM), this role will be responsible for leading multiple IT projects in support of GE Sensing's Global Services Team
* Work with Services leadership to understand requirements, define strategy, create processes and drive productivity/metrics.
* Leverage Six Sigma best practices to identify and deliver digitization projects that will drive growth and improve productivity across the Services organization.
* Leverage Application Support Teams, Offshore Contractors and Shared Services as appropriate to execute and deliver effectively.
* Engage with functional and IT leadership to develop business case, scope and timelines for global initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree.
* Minimum 3 years IT Analysis experience.
* Proven communication and leadership skills.
* Understanding of technical architecture in order to provide quality solutions for business growth.
* Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and global setting.
* Utilize Six Sigma (Quality) and TG Process for project methodology.
* Ability to work on all phases of system assignments.

Desired:
* Oracle Experience.
* Siebel Experience.
* Experience working with multiple functions across multiple layers.
* IMLP Graduate.
