Celerity IT is currently looking for an ITS Support Specialist in Alexandria, Virginia. This position will be responsible for the day to day computer support needs of assigned coverage area.  Candidate must be willing to travel to facilities outside of normal coverage area when necessary, and must be self motivated and able to work without direct supervision. Must maintain level of support defined in KPIs, SLAs and SLCs where applicable.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

 1-2 years experience in technical support fieldMCSA or equivalent certificationsBachelor?s Degree in computer related field is preferredAbility to provide clear concise instructions and user guides for non-technical end-usersStrong qualitative and analytical skills
