This position will focus on business analysis, translation of business requirements to functional specifications, technical and user documentation, workflows, and project planning. The position includes hands on involvement with application software to insure business requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have a background in identity management technologies.

Job Experience:
You must have the following skills to be considered:
- 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis and system development
- 3+ years of experience with provisioning tools, such as ClearQuest, CA's Identity Manager, Xcellerate; workflows, database technologies and a variety of technology platforms including application servers, Windows, UNIX, Linux, LDAP, Exchange and LAN/WAN.
- Experience with J2EE
- Experience working with clients and managing projects
- Knowledge of XML
- Knowledge of Tivoli Access Manager (TAM) a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office suite of applications
- Knowledge of MS Project
- Experience with operational integration processes across multiple platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Extensive experience in operational processes to streamline role and management processes
