Job Overview

We are looking for an individual to join our team to provide Image Quality Audits and Improvement Reports to the ATS camera maintenance organization.  This is a full time position requiring a practical and hands on knowledge of digital photography.  A person with a quality control and photography background would be ideal.  This candidate must be highly detailed, thorough, and perceptive.

Primary Daily Duties

The candidate will review digital images of traffic infractions from locations across the ATS portfolio of active and new camera sites.  The candidate will review image clarity, exposure, shutter speed, vehicle positioning within the image set, polarizer settings, field of view settings, direction of camera, etc.  Each camera location requires initial input and to assure the highest image quality available and ongoing Image Quality Assessments to maintain the highest image quality rating in the industry.

Additional duties will include:Working with installation and maintenance engineers to develop optimum camera settings.  Testing new features and functionsTraining image review staff on image quality principles

Required Skill Sets:Communication: Ability to identify photographic improvement opportunities and successfully communicate improvement actions to maintenance technicians.In-depth knowledge photographic principles including focus, aperture, ISO, shutter speed, strobe lighting, lens choice, etc.Good PC and internet computer skills.

Education

? GED, BA, BS or any advanced degree

? 5+ years photography and or technical quality control experience

? Team player with an appropriate sense of urgency

? Good oral and written communication skills

This position does not require travel.
