Immediate Project Manager Opportunity in LA

Job Overview/Requirements:We are looking for a fully trained EMC Project Manager who can show up in LA and be productive day one. We would expect that this person could be located almost anywhere in the US but must be able to travel to LA for several days a week and then cover the rest of the project activitiy via remote management (phone/email).  Ideal candidates will need to have a strong Project Management background, with formal project management or program management background in IT infrastructure or even applications deployment. No real EMC experience is expected because there will be training provided. Either PMI certified or with demonstrable project management background in a consulting role. (Getting paid by a customer for it.) Would prefer that this resource have at least a BA/BS level formal education, preferably an MBA. Would expect this individual to be located in, or be willing to relocate to the Los Angeles area, preferably north of El Segundo somewhere as much of our work is in Burbank, Pasadena, Century City areas. Orange county would be ok but the travel from Orange County to the LA area is very difficult. For this type of resource I am looking for a contract to hire type of engagement.
