Description:
In this position, the installation specialist will load and configure the Per-Se software for customer's turnkey computers as new software updates become available. Part of the setup includes testing the configuration of the hardware and software for each software usdate. This person will provide technical support to external customers on a variety of technical issues related to software configuration and functionality. This position is an integral part of meeting our contractual obligations related to service and support of the Per-Se software. Duties include: Install, configure and test all Per-Se software and hardware for new installations per the implementaton schedule. Provide technical support/troubleshooting assistance to external customers as needed. This may include on-site assistance. Record and update incidents in the call tracking system and other databases. Document and maintain procedures related to the installations and configuration process of each software update/release for each customer.

Qualifications:
Person must have 1-3 years experience in updating, maintaining software or hardware products in a Microsoft environment. They should have at least 2 years experience working in a customer-oriented environment.

Working Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Windows 2000 and 2003
Windows XP
Familiarity of Internet Information Services
Familiarity with Microsoft Certificate Authority
Ability to use and understand remote communications software for VPN's such as CISCO/Novell
Ability to use WEBEX for troubleshooting
Ability to use the Per-Se softwareproduct lines (e.g. ePREMIS)
Ability to use and troubleshoot Internet Explorer
