Implementation Assistant

The Medici group within WK Financial Services focuses on the automation of commercial lending through software & web services. This is a fast-growth, startup team with currently one product on the market: the Documenter that automates the construction of the necessary legal documents used by lenders to close commercial loans.

We currently have an entry level opportunity on our team with excellent growth potential. If you are a fast learner who is interested in growing responsibility and have a strong desire to work in the banking software industry, this is the position for you! Responsibilities include:

o Assist in all aspects of the implementation process.
o Guide clients through software installations via the telephone.
o Provide support to sales staff with operational matters.
o Assist in software testing.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement
o One year of experience working in a corporate environment
o Strong client service skills
o Strong PC skills including MS Office
o Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills

This position is currently located in Boston, MA and the office will be relocating to Waltham, MA in October, 2006
