Our client is looking to hire several Technical Consultants into the Professional Services department. Will create, program and implement Business Process Management (BPM) solutions using industry leading Enterprise BPM Suite. Company growth ensures that our consultants will immediately become core members of our implementation teams building and deploying BPM based applications at our large client base, both in the DC area and across the world.
Ideally, candidates will have 3 to 5 years of software implementation experience, and be interested in product consulting roles. Consultants should be conceptually familiar with various technologies and practices like Process Modeling(or Workflow), Portals, Document Management, Knowledge Management, Collaboration, Data Warehousing, BI software systems (eg. Microstrategy, Business Objects) etc.
Responsibilities:
Conduct client requirements analysis to determine scope and goals for software implementations projects
Implement Enterprise BPM solutions.
Testing and analysis of BPM solutions
Travel to client sites in the DC area and nationally.
Requirements:
Prior software development experience with Java (J2EE), JavaScript, C++, C# (.NET).
Bachelors degree in a quantitative major (CS, Engg., Econ., Math., etc).
Experience in software design. (Use of design patterns, MVC etc.). Experience with OOAD.
Conceptual familiarity or experience with SOA, web services.
Prior Product Consulting experience. (Content Mgmt, like Interwoven etc; Document Management, like FileNet, Documentum, OpenText etc.; Workflow/BPM, like BEA - Fuego, Lombardi, Savvion, Pegasystems, Handysoft Bizflow, TIBCO Staffware, etc.; Others like ATG, Broadvision, Plumtree, Vignette, Blue Martini etc. ).
Willingness to travel (25-50%)
