Position:  Implementation Specialist

Location:  El Segundo, CA.

The ideal candidate for the Implementation Specialist opportunity is able to learn and adapt quickly, demonstrates strong communicate skills, maintains excellent customer focus, and takes initiative to innovate new processes and ideas.

 

Key Responsibilities:

? Provides configuration, installation, training, testing, and issue resolution services for product delivery.

? Implements software solutions on client systems with high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.

? Assists with the definition of the hardware, system software and network configuration required for product implementation.

? Conducts the installation of Avega and third-party applications.Trains site personnel on the proper use of hardware/software.

? Loads new software releases and maintenance updates on client?s systems.

? Performs system analysis, integration, and support of trouble calls as required.

 

Other Internal Responsibilities:

? Adheres to all company policies and procedures including, but not limited to those identified within the Standards of Business Conduct and the Employee Handbook, as may be amended from time to time. Adheres to all applicable laws and regulations and the company's governance/compliance program.

? Responsible for reporting violations of the company's policies and procedures, Standards of Business Conduct, governance program, laws and regulations through the company's Help Line or other mechanism that may be available at the time of the violation. Assists with internal control failure remediation efforts.

? Becomes knowledgeable of internal control responsibilities through training and instruction. Responsible and accountable for internal control performance within their area of responsibility. Participates in the internal controls self-assessment process.

? Ensures concerns with internal control design or performance and process changes that impact internal control execution are communicated to management.

 

 

Requirements:

? Proven ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently

? Excellent analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex client problems and/or situations

? Windows NT/2000/XP, AIX, Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Application Server

? Network configuration and diagnosis

? Good written and verbal communication skills

? Must be customer focused

? Bachelor?s degree in one of the following fields: Anthropology, Biology, Chemistry, Cognitive Science, Engineering (any discipline), Geology, Linguistics, Philosophy, or Physics.  There are no work experience requirements; this is an entry-level position.
