Incident/Problem Management Analyst

Pomeroy is seeking an Incident/Problem Management Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity in Detroit, MI. 

 

Job Responsibilities include:

Consolidating incident and problem statistics across performing suppliers

Leading and managing multi-supplier incidents

Monitoring supplier compliance to Standardized Work processes

Performing incident analysis, managing performing suppliers to identify remedial actions and tracking progress

Monitoring performance of performing Suppliers and reporting non compliance to standardized work processes ? Incident and Problem

Co-ordination and oversight of RCA within performing suppliers, verify actions and track progress to closure

Providing 24 x 7 crisis management co-ordination, including: Contact list maintenance, contact tools (paging, automated calling etc), moderating and managing a crisis event

Trend analysis for known errors, and performing supplier performance

 

Strong analytical skills ? problem diagnosis, trend analysis

Understanding of common technology ? mainframe, Unix, AS400, Intel, desktop, Network

Ability to manage and co-ordinate performing suppliers to achieve the desired outcomeExcellent communications skills ? verbal and written
