Information Security Analyst I (EMA PB010)

Job Duties/Responsibilities: Candidate will support EMA efforts in the area of Network LAN and Wireless Systems survey, design, and installation. He/she will be responsible for evaluating and selecting systems based on multiple sets of standards and requirements to include surveying, completing designs, integrating the systems into existing or new infrastructures and providing follow-on support. Will conduct training on the configuration and maintenance of the installed systems and conduct briefs for senior site personnel.

Education/Experience Requirement: Bachelor?s degree from an accredited institution in a related field and two (2) years experience is preferred. High school diploma or GED and six (6) years of related experience is required. CCNA and CCNP certifications are desired. Candidate must have two (2) years experience with Cisco, Foundry and/or Nortel LAN/Wireless equipment. He/she must be a detail-oriented, well organized, self-starter able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and must be capable of performing multiple tasks. Must have strong communication skills and be able to interface with a variety of individuals. Must be a team player and work well under pressure. Extensive travel may be required. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
