Information Systems Analyst - PLM/PDM Support

A PDM/PLM Analyst is needed for a top auto supplier in the metro Detroit area for a permanent position. Responsibilities include performing the following duties: Collaborate with members of the information assurance group to ensure system configuration is in compliance with security policies. Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure product delivery and continuous support of application systems. Collaborate with other members of the Service Delivery Group to provide a quality product to our clients/customers. Configure and test the systems solution. Work with the project manager, customizer and process analyst to ensure that the solution meets the business requirements. Produce and maintain configurations according to the specifications received from the Business Process Analyst and in line with QC requirements. Provide support and consultation of any production application in the appropriate area of responsibility. Work with software vendors and outside application development resources in cases where the system solution requires it. Create and maintain user profiles and customer environments.

Skills are required in the following areas: WindChill Foundation and/or WindChill PDMLink; WindChill Workgroup Managers (UG, Catia, IDEAS) specifically configuration of Workgroup Managers; ProductView, including configuration of Watermarks & plotting; ProjectLink in support of Customer Programmer Development (CPD). Knowledge of WindChill PLM/PDM applications preferred, however knowledge of other PLM/PDM systems i.e., IMAN, eMatrix, or Enovia would be considered. CAD Packages (Pro/E, UG, Catia, IDEAS) experience is also required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field is required. A minimum of 2 years PLM experience of which 1 year should be within a technical support role is required.
