Information Systems Support Technician

US-Utah-West Jordan Under general direction, responsible for day-to-day operational support of information systems, including but not limited to preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of PC client based hardware and software, mainframe peripheral equipment, LAN appliances and infrastructure, as well as wireless LAN infrastructure and devices. Will provide primary interface with internal support resources and vendor support service groups, and serve as facility teleservices administrator. Educated individuals with broad scope of knowledge and experience in supporting information systems preferred. Candidates must be service minded and capable of performing tasks that present some moderate physical demands.
