Information Technology (IT) Project Manager

We are currently seeking an Information Technology (IT) Project Manager to join us in our Montvale office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

?{Supervise department/group personnel in the business analysis, justification, design and implementation of effective desktop applications and client based Operating Systems (OS) changes
?{Assist in application software and hardware evaluations, selection and implementation of efficient and cost effective solutions
?{Provide technical direction to projects and staff at a high technical level for various aspects of applications, (Microsoft OS, Desktop hardware, MS applications) software and hardware
?{Provide supervisory duties of instructing, assigning, directing and checking the work of the other application staff members
?{Assist in planning, organizing and controlling the activities of the department
?{Assist in various levels of supervision
?{May perform management functions in the absence of the Manager or as act as the Project Manager for major projects
?{Perform related duties as assigned or requested

QUALIFICATIONS:

?{Bachelor??s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college/university
?{Six years of experience in Microsoft OS and applications, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
?{An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Operating System and applications, hardware and tools, client functions and applications
?{Some supervisory, management and administrative experience, excellent advisory and communication skills, analytical ability, decisiveness, strong judgment, and the ability to work effectively with client and IT management and staffs and vendors
