Director of Information Technology

 

Seeking talented Director of Information Technology to oversee company-wide computer systems.  The incumbent will oversee company-wide implementation of telephony and laptops for nursing staff using McKesson HBOC software.  Responsible for implementation of various other computer projects & computer hardware & phone equipment setup as we open new offices.  The Director of IT supervises one Computer Technician.

 

Job Requirements:

Only candidates with significant IT project management experience will be considered.  Ideal candidate has worked with McKesson HBOC software or other similar / complex health care software.  Must be very proficient with computer hardware and software setup.  Some programming experience or mapping experience would be helpful, but not required.  Only residents of Knoxville, TN and the surrounding area will be considered. Only candidates who identify compensation requirements will be considered. 

 

This is a great opportunity for a positive, high energy individual with excellent computer, planning, logistical and interpersonal skills.   4 year degree or equivalent experience / education is required.  This job will include some travel, and at times overnight travel.
