We need an exceptional Information Technology Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our company.  Here are the responsibilities and qualifications for this position:

 

Day-To-Day Responsibilities

 

? Work with key business stake holders in Account Management, Marketing and Information Technology to understand business requirements and current issues

? Translate business requirements into functional specifications

? Work with IT development team, architects and Quality Assurance teams to determine project timelines and assist in translating functional specifications into technical specifications and test plans

? Responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of their developers to ensure that project roadblocks are communicated and resolved

? Must have a proven track record of driving projects through to successful, on-time completion

? Must possess good leadership and communications skills

 

Technical Requirements

 

? Requires a working knowledge of VBScript/ASP, JavaScript, Oracle PL/SQL and HTML

? Basic understanding of the Microsoft .NET platform (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET) is desired

? Requires a solid understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for full product development life cycle

? Detailed knowledge of Reporting systems such as Business Objects is a plus

 

Job Qualifications

 

? BS/BA degree in Computer Science or Information Systems

? 5+ years of development process and methodology experience required

? 3+ years of managing web-based software development required

? Excellent analytical skills and problem solving ability are a must!

? Must be able to work independently on projects in a fast paced environment
