We currently have an opportunity for an IT professional with strong customer service focus for our new facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico..

This Senior Service Desk Analyst will provide support and monitoring for desktop systems. Responsibilities will include:

IT Purchasing ? Work with the accounting staff and vendors to prepare PO?s and ensure on time delivery of IT hardware and software.
Track Information Technology licenses and support agreements for LAN.
Provide system support to Systems Administrator, Prime staff and clients.
Ensure all desktop systems maintain expected levels of performance.
Work with programming staff to ensure successful completion of all procedural processes.
Support systems administrators and programming staff to ensure procedures are created and maintained to support system production environments.
Set-up and maintain media storage procedures and processes.
Communicate system status and issues to appropriate staff, clients, and support people.
Provide and maintain all documentation supporting desktop-based systems.

Qualifications:

2 year college/technical degree, preferably computer related
Excellent written and oral communications and organization skills
Excellent customer service skills
