Your job will be to work with a team of fellow Certified I.T. professionals to deliver top quality I.T. department services to small to medium businesses with networks from 10 to 200 users per network.

Working together you will provide the highest level of service to these businesses by standardizing them on Microsoft and other products.

Each team of I.T. Engineers is responsible for a certain number of customers. You will visit them periodically and also take calls from them when not on location. You will use remote control tools to help solve their problems quickly and efficiently remotely.

You will design and implement their network architectures, rollout their servers and workstations, connect their satellite offices and generally help them become more efficient with more uptime and faster, better service than they have had before.

Information Technology Support Person / Administrator

REQUIRED: Up to two face to face interviews in our Greenville, SC office will be required. Travel to and from the interviews are your responsibility.

Some experience with Exchange Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, Wireless connectivity, VPN, TCP/IP troubleshooting is a big plus.

Must be very personable with end users.

H.S. diploma with

Minimum 3 years technical and network experience

Avaya IP Office Experience is a plus

MCSA/MCSE 2000 or higher certification is a plus

Candidates without the MCSE 2000 or better certification will be considered on the contingency that the certification will be earned within one year from date of hire.

Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Excellent listening, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Must be available for off-hour emergency calls and consultations.

Mac experience is recommended.
