This position will provide operational support of the Deloitte Service Line Technology Center technology environment;? Advanced hardware and software support including: installation, testing, evaluation and troubleshooting for computer and network equipment.? May have responsibilities which involve gathering, tracking and summarizing data, independently or as part of a team.? Responsible for prompt resolution of
assigned customer problems and requests within the SLTC service level targets.? Provide hardware and software support including: installation, testing, evaluation and troubleshooting for the computer equipment and problem solving assistance.? Performs a variety of support activities including virus update tracking & application, backups, disk space utilization monitoring, creation & maintenance of documentation, resource & network monitoring, computer inventory maintenance and parts inventory maintenance.??

Performs diagnosis and troubleshooting for system problems.? Coordinates with other SLTC East personnel as well as other SLTC & Information Technology Solutions technical groups to ensure appropriate resolution of problems with networks, applications, or systems. Occasionally support project teams in other Deloitte offices (e.g. Forensics labs).

- A demonstrated high level of customer service focus is required.

- Position will build and maintain servers.? Perform hardware
changes as required.
?
- Monitor disk space and resource utilization of SLTC servers.
?
- Perform server data backups as required/requested.
?
- Provide day to day operational support and assistance.
?
- Manage the process of updating anti-virus definitions on closed eDiscovery & Forensics networks.
?
- Manage the process of updating Windows patches on closed eDiscovery & Forensics networks.
?
- Maintain an accurate inventory of network equipment. Performs periodic inventory verification.
?
- Must be able to provide off-hours coverage and emergency support as needed.
?
- Significant technical and business experience with a thorough working knowledge of windows and hardware.
?

BA in business or IT or significant experience in IT within a commercial environment similar in scope to that at Deloitte.
- Demonstrated knowledge of hardware & Windows OS
- Dedication to client service delivery and learning new skills
- Ability to work on projects
simultaneously in a high volume environment
- Excellent communication skills,?verbal and written.

- Must have the ability to work on a flexible schedule (Saturdays and Evenings) as required by the business. Occasional travel outside of the office in support of other offices or centers.? Must be able to lift and carry 30lbs.
