Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user desktop workstations. Provide assistance in moving and re-installing PC and Telecom equipment when required. Implement and maintain desktop hardware and software based on Corporate IT standards. Maintenance of printers including configurations and malfunctions. Update and install software revisions levels on desktops as required. Perform off-hour maintenance and upgrades of desktops. Assist end users on approved applications as required in a timely and accurate manner. Deliver specified level of support to end users, as agreed to within SLA(Service Level Agreement). Maintain exceptional level of communication with the end user. Responsible for all hardware installation. Maintain in good working order all hardware and connections. Responsible for adds, moves, and changes. Troubleshooting of problems. Other duties as assigned. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Qualifications
Thorough working knowledge of PCs and related equipment and their use in an office environment. Basic understanding of LANs.
Demonstrated customer service orientation. Excellent written/oral communication.
Strong interpersonal skills.
EDUCATION:
High School diploma is required.
2 year degree in a computer or related field is preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS: A+ Certification, Network +, MCP, MCSA, MCSE.
Compaq and Dell hardware desktop certification.

EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 3 years personal computer software and network operating systems experience.
