Information Technology Technician

Job Purpose:  In a proactive manner assist business customers with all I.T. needs from recommending appropriate hardware and software to troubleshooting all server and desktop issues. 

 

We are a growing IT firm in State College, PA looking for a motivated self-starter to join our team as an IT Technician working directly with our business clients.  We serve some of the best businesses in the State College, Bellefonte, and surrounding communities and will only accept top-notch technicians. 

 

Job Requirements:  In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and all Microsoft products including installation, upgrades, diagnostics and troubleshooting. MS Certifications; Ability to maintain hardware, security systems, modems, routers, switches, Internet connectivity, and printers; Knowledge of Windows Server, File and Print servers, active directory services, DNS, DHCP, and Terminal Services; Windows certification or Cisco certification preferred; Strong understanding and experience with Internet security/firewall security configurations; Proven problem solving skills; Strong interpersonal & customer service skills.
