Infrastructure Project Lead

The infrastructure project lead works as part of a team responsible for new facilities design, development and implementation. In addition, modifications often required to existing facilities in order to meet the growing needs of our business. Specific assignments may include communications and data center room design. It infrastructure development and coordination, testing, maintenance and support. This role may also lead small teams for a specific projects.

Qualifications
General knowledge of documentation and training. Thorough knowledge of project management which includes the ability to structure the work, define roles, delegate responsibilities and develop project/task schedules and plans. Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete assigned project responsibilities under limited supervision.Demonstrated ability to conduct business impact and cost/benefit analysis evaluations and recommend the appropriate course of action for assigned projects.Demonstrated ability to lead all phases of small to medium size technology development projects including needs assessment and determining system requirements, project planning, selecting a team and assigning project responsibilities, project scheduling, negotiating project deliverables, product evaluation and selection, system design and testing, communicating project status, and implementing and maintaining technology systems.Demonstrated ability to define project scope and establish objectives for assigned projects.Demonstrated ability to direct the activities of other associates and contractors within a project. Demonstrates good judgment in identifying issues and recommending solutions to others.
