GENERAL SUMMARY

Responsible for day to day sales and customer service activities for assigned accounts. Assists in determining and understanding Solution Provider/VARs requirements for KeyLink Systems product offerings and services.

 

WORK DIRECTION

Works under minimal supervision, referring only exceptional problems for management review or approval. Develops and maintains sales levels to achieve or exceed sales and margin quota.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Initial point of contact in Resource Center for KeyLink customers.

 Provide complete, accurate and timely configurations/proposals to our Partners 

 Achieve high level of product and program knowledge for their respective vendor   Maintain/increase that knowledge by attending product trainings, reading written materials and utilizing vendor tools

 Identify, collect and manage each business partners? opportunities and use those opportunities to generate forecasts   

 Maintain industry leading customer satisfaction rating by providing timely, professional, and accurate responses to business partners

 Manage profitability of assigned accounts by reviewing backlog, invoices, order packets, special bids, allowances

 Assemble complete and accurate order packet

 

  JOB REQUIREMENTS

   

 

? ?Bachelor?s degree from four-year college or university preferred; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combinations of education and experience.

 ?Able to effectively interact with a variety of personnel at all organizational levels.

 ?Successfully meets Vendor education and certification requirements for primary brand.

 

REQUIRED:One to three years experience in technology sales preferably with HP products.
