Instructor / Technical Support

Position Summary
Will be responsible for instructing both customers and in house personnel on CompuTrus Engineering and CAD software in a classroom environment. Other duties include software documentation, testing and phone support. Occasional travel is required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must have excellent written and verbal skills and a friendly outgoing attitude.

Must possess excellent problem solving and organizational skills.

Ability to demonstrate knowledge of major software packages including Microsoft Word and Publisher.

Basic knowledge of PC hardware and peripheral problem solving required in order to help customers with printing problems and computer setup.

Roof truss or construction background a plus.

AutoCAD experience and the ability to read construction blueprints a plus.
