Job Description -- PricewaterhouseCoopers' Advisory Services group assists companies in assessing, developing, executing, and monitoring the effectiveness of core business processes for companies that are proactively seeking performance improvement in support of their business strategy, or reactively responding to regulatory requirements, resource constraints, process failures, and intentional defalcations or destruction by employees.

The Advisory Performance Improvement - Risk & Regulatory practice is looking for experienced insurance professionals to join our team and help us deliver our operational, risk and compliance services to the insurance industry. Combined industry and consulting experience a plus. The Director will be responsible for understanding operational requirements, documenting as is processes, identifying opportunities, and researching best practices, and will also assist with the design and implementation of new processes and tools.

Job Requirement Essential

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in insurance operations, with a focus on regulatory and compliance. Combined industry and consulting experience a plus. Candidates should have proven experience in the evaluation, design and implementation of operational processes, and must be able to resolve issues and design solutions.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills(written/verbal), organization and interpersonal skills. Director candidates will have leadership skills to lead a team of 10 or more Staff Associates, be detailed oriented, and responsive. Directors will work as part of a team to meet aggressive client deadlines in a fast paced environment, must convey a strong professional image, and exhibit interest and a positive attitude toward all assigned work.
