Sysgenix Resources has been engaged by our client to locate an experienced Interface Integration Specialist for an immediate direct hire position.

 

Position Responsibilities:  Assess business needs, recommend, develop, and implement solutions through research, analysis, and benchmarking to meet strategic goals and customers? needs.Design, develop, document, and implement reusable integration architecture and custom interfaces.Identify integration improvement opportunities by collaborating with other IS team members and implementing solutions that are in line with overall company strategy.Consults with and assists in new acquisition efforts with other company employees, project managers, and third party vendors.Maintains an active role in system monitoring, and problem resolution.Documents and communicates the integration requirements and status as well as new interface development efforts.Competent to work in all phases of system analysis and programming.Continually works to expand personal knowledge of information systems and programming techniques.Complies with all corporate and departmental policies and procedures.

 



This position is a fulltime role based in Nashville, TN and would require someone to be located in the surrounding area and or willing to relocate.

 

Experience Requirements: Two to three years experience electronic medical business operations experience with HL7 is required. Experience developing Web applications using the Microsoft .Net (C#) platform is required. Proficiency in at least two of the following languages is required: C#, Java, J2EE/JMS, HTML, or DHTML.Ability to work on multiple medium to large work projects independently or with minimal supervision. Possesses a thorough understanding of the software development life-cycle (SDLC). Understands database design and implementation and has created databases for at least one of the following database systems: MS SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2. Additional proficiency in any of the following languages is preferred: HL7, SQL, CSS, XML, ASP, Messaging ProtocolsMust have proven analytical and technical skills to be able to adapt existing methods and to devise new methods, techniques, and procedures to meet specific requirements.  Possesses a demonstrated ability to define problems and develop solutions in a timely manner that meets management?s goals and objectives. Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills are required.Meets all job requirements with minimal training.

 

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceFormal technical training or certification is preferred.
