Position Overview:Document internal user concerns and system suggestions Troubleshoot with users Prioritize internal user needs and address accordingly Work closely with Quality Control Analyst to aid in implementation of test cases for internal user-related issues Conduct user research to ensure appropriate technical capabilities match user needs

 

Position Requirements:Bachelor?s Degree required Candidate must be highly capable in handling a large workload of problem solving tasks Ability to prioritize and multitask in a very fast paced environment Self driven Experience with troubleshooting user issues Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of technology savvy and un-savvy users Strong organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Software
