Job Responsibilities:

Own the maintenance, support and enhancement of our high volume web site.
Direct the strategic analysis and design of existing systems and interfaces that are data driven, ensuring they remain current, efficient, technically advanced and cost effective.
Providing our customers with outstanding technical customer service.
Manage the life cycles of production projects from early development and planning through implementation, including quality assurance testing, launch and post-launch monitoring and assessment.
Work with senior management to define project goals, scope, budgets, timelines and required resources.
Maintain, monitor and support our 24x7 production system.
Triage, manage and respond to incoming customer requests for technical support.
Contributes online support content in the form of knowledge base articles and white papers and custom applications.
Work with the business to schedule future updates, promotions, and enhancements. Provide timely reports on production effectiveness.
Maintaining the quality of/and look for ways to improve the customer experience.
Ability to work in a high paced high transaction production environment. Debug, troubleshoot and fix production problems in a fast paced environment.
Ability and willingness to create project documentation at various levels of technical detail in support of our SDLC.
The ability to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently through effective troubleshooting skills as well as the ability to marshal the resources of other technical resources as needed.
Work in a variety of technical environments, developing your own skill sets to match the changing technological environment within the Coldwater Creek web development organization.
Develop custom tools, applications and scripts to support production monitoring and database verification requirements.
Work closely with the corporate QA department to unit test, and implement efficient software solutions ensuring system development integrity according to industry-accepted standards and best practices.
Partner with management, IT architects, QA, developments and business needs to determine optimal software solutions in support of the web site.
Develop systems in an effective manner, using innovation and common sense to provide the ecommerce site with the functionality to improve the customer experience and profitability.
Coordinate builds, migrations, and rollouts of production support fixes and site enhancements with our internal development team.
Accurately estimate development time and coordinate/develop work and project plans.
Provide guidance, leadership and mentoring to less experienced staff members.

Job Requirements:

College degree or equivalent working experience.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starting individual with 2-5 years of previous e-commerce website management or store line operations management experience.
Proven ability managing a production support organization responsible for maintaining production application service levels.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal business partners.
Self-starter with the ability to define and mature processes surrounding the information systems production support environment.
Highly organized, with very strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passionate about providing Legendary Customer Service to both internal and external customers.
Proven ability in all phases of project documentation.
Successful work performance demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively, work well with others, use productive work methods, exercise sound judgment and display initiative and innovation on the job.
