Investment Solutions Business Analyst (Lead Associate)

Your job is to be the primary owner of all product management components of the Wealth Planning initiatives. You will lead a team of innovative, professional and highly dynamic analysts, IT, QA, and Marketing analysts to implement small to large-scale business-related and technical initiatives. You will be responsible for assisting product development, competitive market research, marketing and training initiatives for new product rollout to the field.You will also interface directly with Investment Solutions to help insure smooth day-to-day system operations as well as development of Business Specifications for new applications. You will be expected to manage and support multiple product development and application functions including (but not limited to) writing business requirements, concept development and execution of projects by following the firm's application development process. You will also handle project management for both individual and team development efforts.

Basic Qualifications
You are a professional with a Bachelor's degree (Finance, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science preferred) and 5 years of work experience in financial services. You have a proven ability to lead and motivate teams as well as the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels. You possess strong analytical and quantitative skills in addition to excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. You are highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities and see projects through to completion. You are a team player, who is innovative, diversified and forward thinking.
