Job Description
Required
? 3-5 years Java development, including: J2EE (EJB?s, JSP), Javascript, HTML
? 2-3 years of SQL experience, including: stored procedures, views, triggers
? Strong data analysis skills
? Strong verbal and documentation skills
? Experience interfacing with client
? Experience with:
a. Release management
b. Configuration management
c. J2EE deployment
Preferred
? Weblogic 8.1
? Microsoft SQL Server admin
? SQL performance analysis / optimization
? Transact-SQL
? Interested in Tech Lead career path
Duties
? Provide daily support for complex system, including technical management of development, QA, staging, and production environments.
? Perform code and database analysis for reported issues
? Work closely with client and Project Manager to help manage the application release cycle, including:
o Prioritization
o Issue management
o Acceptance criteria
o Test scripts
? Work closely with the Tech Lead, DBA, and developers to manage the development cycle, including
o analysis
o design
o some hands-on development
o unit and system testing
? Perform application deployments to all environments.
? Maintain in-house utilities and deployment scripts
? Assist in code reviews
? Maintain all relevant documentation
