Skills Required

 Fully conversant with all the phases of the software development methodologyExperience designing/developing J2EE compliant applications using WebSphere PortalExtensive experience in user interface design especially concentrate on portal and portlet development. Experience in utilizing Struts and JFS to manage workflow and validations in a portal environmentFully understand the capabilities of the IBM portal offering including click-to-action.Experience integrating portlets with J2EE applications.

 Should Have Skills
Experience with XML, J2EE, JSP, EJB, PortletsExperience in server-side technologies, portal integration issues, and usability concepts

 

Required Experience:3+ years experience developing J2EE  Web Applications5+ years experience with complete software development lifecycle 2+ years experience development  with WebSphere2+ Years developing portal based solutions1+ Years direct experience with IBM WebSphere Portal

 

 

J2EE Architect/Development Lead

 

Skills Required

 Fully conversant with all the phases of the software development methodologyExtensive experience designing/developing J2EE compliant applications using WebSphereStrong understanding of SOA & application/enterprise architecture concepts, standards, patterns, and best practicesExperience with DB2, Oracle, SQL Server and/or other leading RDMBSExperience with  XML, EJB, JSP Should Have Skills
