Working as a consultant with Accenture, you will build core business, technology and industry expertise helping to deliver world-class business and technology solutions that enable clients to become high performance businesses.  Consultants must be professionals who have an interest in how business processes work and interact.  In addition, consultants need to apply their skills in project and program management while exhibiting leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process, technology, and organizational change.  Finally, consultants also need to have a working knowledge of the industry and/or the functional areas they serve. 

 

The Consulting workforce is made up of three groups: Business Consulting, Business & Systems Integration Consulting and Technology Consulting.  This consulting group structure provides outstanding opportunities to develop highly specialized skills that will help you advance your career.

 

 

Technology Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering technology innovation and providing the backbone of our systems integration business. They specialize in designing enterprise architecture and technology solutions, assessing and diagnosing technology environments, designing technology infrastructure such as networks, security and platforms, setting technology strategies, and tuning technology environments for optimal performance.

 

As an Analyst, specific responsibilities may include:
? Participating in performing portions of technology diagnosis and assessment activities (i.e., creating surveys, conducting interviews, collecting and comparing benchmark data)
? Becoming familiar with common, relevant architecture frameworks and being able to use them in diagnosing and assessing architectures
? Assisting in contributing to the high level design in constructing a robust technology solution, taking into account the user requirements, technical requirements, etc.
? Performing portions of technology architecture and infrastructure design activities
? Participating in performing portions of technology build, test and deployment activities
? Assisting in refining and enhancing architecture and framework
? Participating in troubleshooting and debugging technology integration problems

 

Qualifications

 

 Individuals must have 2-4 years of experience and a working knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

Web Content Management

Web Portals

UCommerce, including mCommerce, mobile technologies and Silent Commerce

 

COMPONENT ARCHITECTURES-

WEB SERVICES and INTEGRATION ARCHITECTURE-
