JAVA DEVELOPER-PERM
This permanent opportunity is located in the Scripps Ranch/Poway area of San Diego. The details are as follows:
Responsibilities include:
Write code and perform programming, testing, and debugging of software applications. Finalize forms, procedure, and documentation needed for installation and maintenance of application programs. Practice good software engineering techniques and standards to minimize coding errors and ensure robustness and efficiency of work products. Partner with software teams in the development of software engineering processes. Participate in software project meetings and provide status reports.
Experience preferred:
? Thorough knowledge of software engineering including analysis, design, development, implementation, and verification.
? Excellent working knowledge of a variety of programming languages.
? Thorough knowledge of software methodologies, distributed networking, databases, communications, and multiprocessing applications.
? 5+ years of Object Oriented Development using Java
? 3+ years of Web application development using J2EE technologies
? 3+ years of shell scripting on Unix
? 3+ years experience with Apache Struts
? 2+ years of SQL+, PL/SQL
Familiarity with Oracle ADF/BC4J a plus
