JD Edwards Businness Analyst / Subject Matter Expert

This position will function as a member of the Financial and Business applications team, this position will provide end-user support to the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne user community for the financial and real estate modules. This position will also work with the business to design, develop, and manage related training materials.



 

Essential Functions

 

J.D. Edwards Support/Administration

?  Troubleshoot system issues and implement appropriate fix or escalation

?  Write report specifications for custom reports

?  Review integrity reports on a daily basis and follow up and resolve any issues.

?  Assist with upgrades and system maintenance

?  Management of training materials

 

Internal Consulting

?  Serve as the JDE EnterpriseOne SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Real Estate Modules

?  Work with internal or external resources to design, configure, test, and deploy new functionality in compliance with project management methodology

?  Communicate project status frequently with regular status meetings

?  Update and maintain documentation

?  Work with business resources to update training materials

 

 

Skills:

 

?  Required:

o 1+ year experience designing and configuring EnterpriseOne applications

o End user Support Experience

o Experience implementing or supporting EnterpriseOne applications

o Accounting Experience

o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

o Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint

o Excellent grammar, ability to meet deadlines, handle pressure, and set priority for workload

o Strong work ethic, highly motivated

 

?  Preferred:

o Experience with EnterpriseOne 8.10 or 8.11

o Knowledge of real estate accounting and property management processes

o Experience with e-learning toolset such as UPK (User Productivity Kit)

 

 

Work Experience:

One or more years experience supporting or using J.D. Edwards EnterpriseOne applications.
