We are currently seeking a senior-level developer for our OneWorld JDE clients.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the operational, technical and application support for JD Edwards One World applications and Java based systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
*Work with accounting and technology personnel to design required modifications to the JDE One World system.
*Work with technology personnel to ensure that the modifications and enhancements to the JDE system work in conjunction with the other parts of the overall system.
*Responsible for programming coding changes using the One World toolset as well as C and C++ programming languages.
*Serve as a resource to other technology personnel, when needed, to research areas of the JDE system, such as the C APIs and One World database.
*Create documentation as needed concerning the modifications to the JDE system.
*Provide support and troubleshooting for JDE software
*Serve as a resource on troubleshooting tasks such as JDE problems.
*Perform analysis for the implementation of future products, or upgrade to future JDE releases.
*Serve as a resource to develop or modify Java applications as required.

EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor*s degree in Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
3 years experience programming using JDE One World toolset
1 years experience programming in Java

SKILLS:
Knowledge of One World Toolset, including OMW, UBE, RDA, TDA, etc.
Working Knowledge of C programming language.
Java based web development using Java Server Pages
Data access using SQL to retrieve data through JDBC
Familiarity with J2EE design patterns a plus
Familiarity with Eclipse IDE and CVS a plus
Knowledge of AP, AR, GL, Service Billing in relation to JDE Applications
Knowledge of Create Form document processing system.
Effective organizational skills; detail oriented, multi-task
Developed analytical skills
Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
Ability to perform as a team player
