JSP / Front End Application Developer

Job Description :  The Customer Application Services Front End Applications Developer is responsible for the Front End JSP development for various customer applications (websites, point of sale applications, call center application).  He/She is responsible for translating requirements into finished projects while ensuring that standards and quality expectations are always met. 

 

 

Primary Responsibilities :

? Ensure standards and quality requirements of projects are met

? Work with Team Lead to develop plan for implementation

? Facilitate testing of finished projects

? Coordinate deployments

? Struts

? Struts-Tiles Component

? Oracle

? XML

? Web Services

? JavaScript

? Cascading StyleSheets

? HTML

? Previous experience in multi-cluster environments

? Knowledge of browser compatibility issues

? Familiarity with Enterprise Design Patterns a plus

? Familiarity with Visual SourceSafe a plus

? Familiarity with SQL Server a plus

? Familiarity with ASP a plus

? WebSphere 5.11 a plus

? Excellent oral and written communications skills

? Must be flexible and a team player

? Ability to work independently

? Must have availability to work holidays, weekends and extended hours when needed
