Develop, maintain, extend and test multi-threaded Java Server applications.
Senior level developers will mentor more junior developers.  We have a team environment and encourage learning and developing skills.
Develop and maintain product and industry technical expertise.
Work to solve technical issues and communicate solutions to system architects and peers. We are looking for candidates with a combination of these skills.  We still want to talk to you even if you don't have experience with every single technology mentioned!!Skills:

Core Java - JDK 1.4/Java 5 (sockets, threading, NIO), Spring Framework

J2EE - Servlets, JSPs, JMS, JDBC, WebService

App Server - Jboss/Tomcat/Weblogic/Webshpere

XML- SAX, DOM, XSLT

Database - Oracle.  Would consider MYSQL

Tools- Hibernate, JUnit, Log4, ANT, CVS/PVCS/SourceSafe

IDE- Eclipse, WSAD, IntelliJ, JBuilder

Scripting - Javascript, shell, perl

Methodologies - UML, design patterns

Any exposure to MQSeries/TIBCO, Struts, mapping tools are a plus!!
