Full life cycle development is being done utilizing cutting-edge J2EE technologies, including JSPs, EJBs, JNDI, JMS, JTA, BEA WebLogic, XML, and Jakarta Struts. There is a strong preference for someone who has worked with UML (or similar) design methodology.

Required Technical Skills:
? Java/J2EE programming (Servlet/JSP)

? WSAD or Eclipse IDE experience

Required Soft Skills:
? Must be able to convert designs and specifications into computer code. Compiles and analyzes code to find errors and confirm program meets specifications.
? Must be able to write and maintain documentation of changes to computer code, programs and specifications.
? Has the ability to analyze and design specs on his/her own when needed based on requirements that have been defined.
? Provides thorough testing and debugging of programs.
? Has the ability to work with little supervision and can resolve most problems on their own.
