Java/J2EE and ATG Dynamo Developer

This position is responsible for developing web-enabled business applications using Java/J2EE and the ATG Dynamo Application sever framework and WAS (Web Application Server).

Responsibilities:

Implement data exchange and ecommerce functionality utilizing ATG Dynamo Commerce server and XML
Implement profile-based functionality utilizing Dynamo Personalization and Portal server
Develop technology solutions integrated with the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, enterprise data repositories and other applications in the eBusiness portfolio. Participate in implementation and customization of packaged enterprise systems
Design application classes and database requirements at a tactical level Research and recommend technology approach for implementation of proposed application specifications
Conduct eBusiness technology research and analysis.

Requirements:

BS in Computer Science or Engineering
4+ years experience in Java development in an enterprise environment, and robust understanding of development methodology, and enterprise application development process.
4 years of experience developing systems utilizing Java and the ATG Dynamo (5.x) environments
4 years of experience with ATG and Websphere Application Server Experience with Dynamo's Commerce, Personalization and Portal Servers
Experience with use of XML and/or SOAP protocol
Experience with RDBMS and basic data modeling Experience with use of LDAP technology
Experience with ERP systems, and building applications integrated with 3rd party enterprise applications.
Strong technical background emphasizing Java development in an enterprise environment
Robust understanding of development methodology and enterprise application development process.
Extensive knowledge of Java and J2EE technology and development on Solaris, the ATG Dynamo application platform, XML, LDAP and Oracle RDBMS
