The Lead Consultant will participate in the full life cycle of software development using object-oriented and component-based techniques in analysis, design, development, testing and integrating with other systems.? This individual will participate in capturing and documenting business logic and designing web-enabled applications.? Specifically involves architectures of complex, highly distributed systems, and multi-tier business management applications.? Successful candidates will also be responsible for putting together iteration plans, design and code reviews, and other related software engineering artifacts.

Requirements:Strong Swing Skills2 or more years of experience in the IT IndustrySolid understanding of distributed web application architecturesAbility to read and crate UML documents a plusPractical project-based experience with the following diagrams: Use Case, Class, SequenceJava and/or J2EE ExperienceExperience with WebLogic or Websphere desiredAbility to capture system/functional requirements using use casesUnderstanding of interface-driven design and component-based design techniquesUnit testing experience-writing and executing unit testsParticipated in structured or informal design and code reviewsProfessional verbal and written communication skills
