Jr. Business Analyst

 

 

Royall & Company, a forward-thinking direct marketing agency working exclusively with more than 160 colleges and universities nationwide, has an immediate need for a Junior Business Analyst.  You will work closely with subject matter experts to validate and approve captured requirements, participate in impact analysis studies for new change requests to existing systems and manage projects in order to achieve stated goals within prescribed scope, schedule, budget and quality.  Responsible for the initiation phase of a project including feasibility, needs analysis, requirements, value analysis and prioritization ? which is a lot of words to say you?re a professional willing to ask questions, understand processes and seek out the most precise answers. 

 

The ideal applicant will have: 1-3 years previous experience in business analysis within IS project delivery environment, a thorough understanding of PMI project management knowledge, theoretical and practical experience with JAD, RAD and RUP, advanced experience with Microsoft Project 2000 and Visio 2000 preferred and experience with SQL Server 2005, data warehouse implementation and data integration systems desired ? which is a lot of words to say you know what you?re doing.
