Jr. Desktop Support Technician

 

We are seeking a Jr. Desktop Support Technician to provide on-site technical support, installation, configuration, and problem resolution in a Windows environment. Candidates are required to have knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating system, hardware and software installation and support experience.


  Qualification: Experience in responding to user questions related to hardware and software applications. Ability to instruct and communicate with computer users relative to hardware and software support issues. Experience providing Helpdesk support to all users. This includes answering calls and logging them as necessary through an advanced help desk call tracking system. Exceptional customer service skills required.

Technical Skills

?  Windows XP, MS Office Suite, Basic TCP/IP knowledge, Outlook.
