Jr. J2EE Developer opportunity in Tampa, FL

We have a client that has an immediate need for Jr-Mid Level J2EE Developer with 1 + years of experience to help rewrite an existing client server application into an N-tiered, web based solution that will operate on hand-held devices and run over the web.

These positions will be structured as 6 month contract to direct opportunities. Our client offers cutting edge projects, great long term stability, several career growth opportunities, possible future permanent employee with competitive salary and benefits along with great people to work with.

Required Skills:
- 1+ years of development experience with J2EE/Java, including EJB, servlets, JSP, JMS
- 1+ years of experience developing on either Oracle or SQL Server
- Ability to identify and create J2EE resusable software, framework and common components
- Some technical documentation experience
- Self starter who is used to taking iniative with peers, team mates and leaders.


Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide high quality technology solutions.
- Participate in project planning sessions to analyze the business requirements
- Participate in design and code reviews, incorporate security requirements into design and provide input to the information data flows
