The position requires a BA/BS in a technical field and 1-5 years experience (internships are applicable) in Object Oriented Programming.

Fluency with three or more of the following is necessary: XHTML, XML, SQL, XSLT, CSS, JavaScript, Java, .net, and C#. Python and Zope are a plus.
