1-3 Years experience in the following!

 

Leads and coordinates activities related to Level 1/Level 2 system/application support for GPO Supply Chain Planning system. This position also provides in-depth technical expertise and helps to coordinate Level 3 production incident response from GPO SCM Solution Delivery team as/when required. This position also helps manage and maintain all aspects of the Supply Chain Planning Systems platform related to system operations and ongoing maintenance. Specifically, performs tasks relating to supporting MANUGISTICS Supply Chain Management applications and monthly S&OP schedule, and/or may assist with COGNOS Admin Activities, Informatica workflow execution troubleshooting, and/or create/modify batch execution job schedules. This position will work closely with GPO Business Excellence team (Supply Chain) and Supply Chain Systems Solution Delivery team (Level3 support) to track and drive production incidents to closure. Supports Production, Test, and Development instances. Trains, mentors and coaches global IT resources to support SCM Planning System platform across all geographies. Responsible for documenting and maintaining all procedure and work instruction documents related to training, support, security and admin procedures. Required skills/experiences includes: PL/SQL, batch job scheduling preferably AutoSys, Business Intelligence application preferably COGNOS, Data Warehouse support, business process, experience with REMEDY/ARS, TOAD, Windows 2000 Advanced Server and Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition OS.
