Junior Oracle Developer

The Jr. Database Developer performs basic software development, product support, and/or testing assignments in support of our client's products and/or projects. You will work towards building more expertise in assigned functions while meeting established performance objectives. Under limited supervision, you will perform assigned software maintenance, enhancement and/or development tasks to support project delivery and product support and/or development activities as well as implement PL/SQL packages, triggers, and views to support project delivery activities. You will design, document, and implement small development efforts to include associated schema changes and perform basic database builds, integration, and testing of products and releases, and assist in integration and internal testing of database code. This position will assist senior engineers in implementing predefined new functionality in applications; information gathering; bug fix designs; and implementation of new designs. This role will have minimal direct customer interaction. You may develop or enhance existing functionality to user interfaces and may provide limited marketing support for proposals and demonstrations to potential customers.
