Junior System Admin/Tech Support Engineer

Relocation Central is currently seeking a full time Junior System Admin/Tech Support Engineer to join our expanding team in Austin, Texas.

This position will serve as 1st level support for all Information Technology and Information Systems issues within RelocationCentral and CORT Business Services. Additional responsibilities include Spam Administration, System Administration, Telecommunications Administration, WAN Administration, Web Administration and many other areas within Information Technology. You will be expected to build a level of expertise that will allow continual improvement in troubleshooting and problem resolution.

? Qualified candidates should have an Associate or BS degree in IT or related field.
? Field incoming technical issues for internal users
? Strong verbal and written communication skills a must.
? Possess organizational skills
? Strong desire to learn and improve technical skills
? Solid experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, MS Office Suite, Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, VPN, Various Anti-Virus and Spyware software.
? Troubleshooting skills of network connectivity, Printing, and TCP-IP.
? Knowledge of Network Infrastructure technologies including DHCP, DNS and WINS,
? Escalates and assigns cases as appropriate to other groups.
? You must be an independent, self-motivated, team player with strong troubleshooting skills and have a people-oriented personality.
? Must be able to carry a cell phone and be available during specified hours of coverage on a standby basis.
? MSCE, MCP, A++ Certifications are a plus

Hours: 40 hrs / week
