Kronos Sr. Process Analyst

Job Description: Support Human Resources, Finance and Payroll through the Global Systems support structure. Specific areas of responsibility are to provide global solutions and support to meet the requirements of Boston Scientific. Position will primarily support the Kronos Workforce Central suite of solutions. Position level dependent on experience and skills.

1. Support the process of identifying, diagnosing and solving existing process and system issues.
2. Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and establishing effective and efficient business practices.
3. Ability to transform the analysis of business requirements specifications, measurements, data mappings, policies, business procedures, etc
4. Design, build, modify, test and implement software requested by the business.
5. Provide ongoing support for application software. Maintain enterprise wide computer systems and utilities. Analyze internal or external customer needs and determine equipment, software or process requirements for solutions.
6. Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
8. Demonstrated success in working in a team environment for both internal/external customers to deliver global solutions that are integrated, and accommodate all related activities and which do not negatively impact other functional areas.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks to completion.
10. Ability to work with both business and technical community alike
11. Working Knowledge of SQL and query tools such as TOAD.

- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Experience implementing or supporting a payroll and/or time and attendance (Kronos) business applications preferred.
