LAN/WAN Support Technical Analyst: Call tracking,VPN, Blackberry,Telephone Systems etc.

Provides IT Support to the Corporate Business Community. Support may include troubleshooting or repair of several different systems, including hardware and software of: desktop systems; LAN/WAN; file server; telephone systems; printers; etc. Works under direct supervision and is involved with an extensive remote IT team around the world and at corporate headquarters.
* Provide remote support, some travel may be required
* Use Call Tracking systems to log/update/close tickets, prioritize issues and balance workloads bringing customer problems to full resolution
* Assist with providing data network, phone, and video infrastructure support including LAN, WAN, RAS, Wireless, which could include desk phone, structured cabling infrastructure, video conference systems and backend PBX hardware and troubleshooting.
* Serve as front line interface to users. Assist with on-site Support of client hardware including PC, Desktop & Blackberry, & software including OS, MS Office, VPN, Anti-Virus and other applications.
* Will need to process assets including: Procurement of client hardware and software and prep for customer use or return to corporate; Provide software license management support including inventory and licence policy enforcement duties.
* Must be able to investigate low level technical as well as process problems and assist with analysis to provide report updates.

SKILLS
* Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
