We are a not-for-profit agency that improves the lives of physically challenged people by providing computer skills training and Information Technology services to our commercial clients. We seek a lead programmer analyst with 3 or more year?s development experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have object oriented programming concepts and good programming practice. He/she must be experienced in Microsoft .NET, including VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET. The candidate is also expected to be good at Visual FoxPro, Visual BASIC, MS-SQL Server and MS-Access as well as crystal report 8+ and crystal report for .NET. He/she should be knowledgeable in operating system, Windows API, network protocol, IIS. ASP, XML HTML and CSS are required for this position.

The position will work with a variety of software projects, both new and maintenance.

This individual will work with existing software development staff (many of whom are persons with disabilities) as part of a team and may manage some staff and contract programmers, so management ability or experience is preferred. The individual must have some project management experience and the ability to interact with customers independently, to develop specifications, and to manage project and software deliverables, etc.

Compensation is expected to be in the high $40s with comprehensive benefits and the opportunity to accomplish some remarkable things with some remarkable colleagues.
